I've only worked out with it once and it lives up to billing. The hat keeps you cool without feeling damp and feels even better after exercising as it drys. The more your sweat the better it does feel. This is a really good performance hat.
After 6 months of working out and washing, by far the best hat I have ever had. They are lightweight, extremely comfortable and soft... it cools you off during exercise and provides warmth like a beanie when its cold outside; highly recommend!
